Hey everyone here I am gonna tell you a famous food of USA (upper shimla area)
Famous dish here is known as SIDDU....
It is made up of white flour 'shimla fine atta'.
Firstly you need to make dough of it with adding some yeast to it and then cover it properly for one to two hour.
Till then make stuffings for siddu with sesame seeds by making powder of it you have to grind it in grinder and then add some green chillies, turmeric, salt, coriander and other spices as per taste.
So now your stuffing is ready nd so is your dough now take small amount of dough and then put stuffings inside it nd make small small balls as for momos now put it in a steamer (siddu maker).....
Now cook it on high flame for about 15-20 minutes
Tadaaaaa siddu is ready to eat and have it with chatni or ghee
