Hello guys, good evening to everyone. Today I made keskek as a Turkish food. It is a very difficult dish to cook. It consists of a mixture of meat and crushed wheat.
First we cut 1 kg of veal and put it in a large pot. then we add the soaked wheat into it. we cook for 30 minutes on the stove
We add water into the pot until it is full. and we carry out the boiling process
We pass our boiled products through the mixer
