If you have the Base App, also know the mechanics behind it. You have a Coinbase decentralized financial wallet, self-custodial, right? And you can toggle between the two. But it should prompt you when you set up your Base App account, set up your social profile automatically.
So, it's not like if you're on Firecaster, you're automatically on the Base App, not until you make that connection. If you already have a Firecaster account and you set up the Base App for the first time, then it'll just prompt you to connect to your existing account. So, hopefully that provides some clarity.
