So what's the final tally on the deficit increase? Do you have that back? Because I think it was at like $700 billion or $700... No, the problem is you have two different estimates. You have the CBO estimate and then you have the White House estimate. Obviously, the problem is there's no real objective source here.
I'm not really going to take the White House's numbers and run with them. But the argument is that there won't be a deficit increase because there will be a revenue increase from this. That is the argument that the White House... Right.
But if you're the CBO, you're saying something different. Right. The CBO has been wrong on literally every... Since I was a child, the CBO has been wrong.
So I have a question. I have a question for maybe some of the more knowledgeable people. Rep Luna put out a couple of days ago, and then I looked for this tweet and I could not find it.
I don't know if she deleted it. Says, there's one thing the House can do to fix the mess the Senate made with the reconciliation bill, a manager's amendment. It must be added to the rule vote on Wednesday.
This would restore a lot of what the Senate is trying to strip out. Speaker Johnson can direct Virginia Foxx to make this change happen. There will also be massive callbacks of wasteful spending.
We need to start balancing the budget. Decades of pork spending got us here. We won't... It won't be easy to climb out.
I could not find... I saw this post like two days ago, and for the love of me, for the love of God, I looked through her timeline and I could not find it. I don't know if she deleted it, but does anybody know about the manager's amendment? Yeah. So, okay.
