In a world, where honesty is hard to find,
Where truth is harsh, and a lie is kind..
We would build a home, just you and I,
And in our little world, there'd be no lie...
In the journey of love, where secrets reside,
I will come with you, we'll walk side by side..
Truth in our mouths, and trust at heart,
We will stay the course, we will keep the path...
I know love can be complex, with highs and lows,
Moreso in a world, where deception overflows..
But in this world, that you and I would share,
There'd be no lies, and no Pinocchios here...

The image reminds me of the No Smoking sign, only this time it has a depiction of a human rather than a Cigarette. I initially thought of the title, "Life is prohibited here", but then thought better of it after looking closer and seeing the long nose.
So we have instead, No Pinocchios Here...
