This cabbage strudel is interesting, I could try it, but I would prefer to make a pie, maybe add something else instead of cabbage, like savoy cabbage, kale, or Brussels sprouts. But, bacon would stay, or prosciutto, obligatory 😋
This idea of getting a homemade ice cream machine is not a bad one at all. I will have to think about it.
