We still have a lockdown, so I have no choice but to surf the world's treasures of music.
Luckily there is so much music that I'm not bored. I could say something to everyone about this selection. If anyone finds it interesting it will be fine.
Patti Smith is a legend, this joint project with Steve Copeland (ex Police) from last year is even more topical these days. At least that's how it seems to me.
Psihonaut is a fresh project of SBO (which means Death of God And Children in English), new, hiphop style tribe from Slovenia. Visually very interesting, the music is minimalist, a mixture of urban hip-hop with multi-meaning lyrics. It premiered a month ago.
A new birth of classic death metal with this band. Precise and fast sound that doesn't let you breathe for a while. To me, this style is good but occasionally, not always.
The Girls Against Boys take us back to the not-so-distant past of videotapes and the beginnings of the global porn industry. Very strong and solid rock and very precise and clear sound. Just where did this band go?
This quartet of very different musicians put together minimalist pieces of jazz, ambience, folk and classical music into a soothing melody, I would say almost healing. Stunning. Masterful.
Triphop and beat producer from Nederland. Good style, of course, if he collaborated with Caf茅 del Mar, Chillhop Records, Cult Classic Records and Dusted Wax Kingdom. I love his summer style with a touch of nostalgia.
And for the end, as the title suggests, a great mix for all occasions. The great musicians themselves in the pleasant, little dreamy, and positive vibes we still need now. I recommend.
