Fish is bought in the morning, directly from the fishing boat, young hake.
Preparation is very easy.
Clean them, salt, roll them in flour and fry.
A couple of minutes in hot oil on each side and the feast is ready.
14 fish, enough for 7 people. Also seasonal vegetables and homemade bread.
