Thats is great. Times like this we need to keep our fitness up. Hope you are making the time to stay active. ;)

Work for better, every, single, day.

Nothing better than getting outdoors with people who enjoy the same things.

100%! Got to have a go at things and get involved.

Gym is going well. 5th year celebrated. New customised technology applications and now working on new app with crypto integration. Opening 2 more centres next year. Exciting and busy times ahead.

😋Yummy indeed!

That is true. Strive for better. Keep moving forward. Create.

I have had a break focusing on my core business. Will be doing about 4 posts per day for a while to catch up. Various content and videos. :)

Got to get out there and do stuff. :)

Yes, flying foxes and zip lines. Great fun.

Thanks for the link. I will have a look at it.

Been following you since late 2016 when I first joined mate. Hope all is well.

Awesome attitude to have mate. I personally believe in all these things as well as the act of 'contribution' to those around you. Always looking to give back my time when possible and focusing on my skill

What are you passionate about and what content will you be providing the community?

100% agree. People are so distracted with a massive lack mindfulness that they don't even realise the ramifications of their choices.

Sorry I have had a few months break. Good to be back with new content.

Arboretum? I still have not been up there yet.

Good work Tina. That portfolio is extensive. Nature is where we belong.

We learn from each other.

Well it has been a long process to receive it.
