Hello Hivers
I am taking up the 30 day Blogging challenge set by @tegoshei and pointed out to me by
@ybanezkim26. Today is Day 17
I love beer and so do the majority of my divers and also my divemasters and instructors. it is very important that second only to making sure that all the boats, safety gear & diving equipment is in tip top shape i must also be sure that there is ice cold beer ready at the end of the day.
I can not imagine the mutiny i would have on my hands if I ever allowed this to happen. We realised in January there were supply problems when it came to beer, shortly after Christmas and New Year, so i always stocked up way more beer than it seemed necessary and we found we would be almost the only bar that did not run out. We had to ban instructors from other dive shops at that time as they were only taking advantage of our advanced planning and it was done to ensure that we would not run dry. So we circled the wagons as it were and kept it to our dive customers and our Divemasters and instructors.
It also came in handy when the lockdown occured as I ordered all beer supplies to be taken to my house as we were going to be closed and the shops would not be selling beer. I know, I am a genius.
Usually we like to also have a delivery from our favourite craft brewery , Turning Wheels, in Cebu City and I like to keep a growler of nice porter in the fridge ( in this case Single Speed Porter 9.3%) It's beautiful. We have another delivery soon.
I hate to admit there some soft drinks in the fridge also committing their blasphemy but there's always that person that insists on one isn't there?
Take care people
