Hail to the Hive!
Forgive mr hive for I have sinned. It’s been 2 weeks since my last posting.
I promised myself I wouldn’t fall into this abyss of non creation again when I started working nights again but, alas, I have I’m kicking myself for allowing this to happen.
But I have been jarred out of hive procrastination after a walk to the pub on my day off when walking the quiet streets of Newton Abbot I noticed how amazing the skies were. Brooding, moody skies above the quiet streets of a little Devonshire town.
It’s at times like these I love having hive as an outlet as I instinctively went for my camera and snapped away at the scene. The occasional passerby looking at me oddly as they couldn’t see what I could see and were obviously wondering what on earth I was taking snaps of.
But it wasn’t what was kn earth that grabbed my attention, it was the sky. Amd not just tthe sky but the contrast of the quiet nondescript streets against the drama above.
I’m not sure @diveratt knew what I was taking ohotos of either but then we were more focused on beers and indian food that was to be our immediate future so it’s understandable.
I mustn’t leave it two weeks again. I need to catch up with a few folks on here also. Good to be back!
