Windows phone or Android?

I'm arriving by the time that you need to buy a new phone. And here I stand before the choice
Android or Windows phone?
Now I'm more inclined to the Windows phone because I heard feedback about the fact that they are less buggy and the system works more stably.
But what will you advise?
Are there users who have a windows phone?
I think over the acquisition to buy Lumia 1540.
