i agree with you on the spiritual side of things, as long as you can keep a sane mindstate amidst the chaos of spirit world visions and metaphysical entity conversations, its all good. as long as you are able to consciously script it into a song, you know your not crazy.
its just when it starts to get overwhelming, like you cant shut it off and your tripping bad kinda, thats when you need to stop and try get back to normal if you can. and if you cant, thats when its turning into an illness in my eyes. but it can be fixed with the right help! and the right mindstate and approach.
