Bendiciones.

ENGLISH
Hello everyone who reads me =)... Today I present to you another option that goes very well with Guava jam! In this opportunity you will learn to make some sweet rolls that are excellent for snack time! This is my second time that I make sweet bread, the first time I did it by making a Chocolate Bread in a test to be able to receive a certificate of a Bread course around here in the sector where I live, after that on two occasions I made Ham Bread and take the latter as a reference for the rolling of my sweet rolls filled with Guava jam. Hope you like!. Let's start!.
To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
250 gr of Wheat Flour (All use).
50 gr of Butter.
2 Eggs.
50 gr of Sugar.
1 cda of Salt.
1 cda of Yeast.
30 ml of Water.
Guava marmalade.
Preparation:
The first thing we must do is prepare our yeast so that it can carry out its fermentation process, we must heat the water and wait until it is at room temperature, place only 30 ml of this water in a cup, then add the yeast and mix well. We cover the cup and let it rest for 10 minutes, while we continue with the preparation. With a sieve, the wheat flour and salt (individually) should be sifted to remove any lumps they may have.
In a large container we place all the wheat flour and in the center of it we add an egg, butter, sugar and salt, then mix with our hands in an enveloping way (from bottom to top) until all the ingredients are integrated, Finally we add the already fermented yeast. We must knead very well until we observe that the dough has a smooth consistency and does not stick to the hands, then let the dough rest for about 10 minutes in a container which you must cover. Before placing the dough in said container you must sprinkle wheat flour so that it does not stick.
After the resting time has passed, we knead the dough again and let it rest (in the covered container) for 10 more minutes. While this time elapses, we can grease the tray that we are going to use for baking, which you must spread with butter from end to end, then add the wheat flour and spread it, finally remove the excess flour. It is important to do this so that the buns do not stick to the tray.
The next step is to spread the dough, for this you need a rolling pin and a smooth surface (on both you must spread wheat flour so that the dough does not stick). Once the dough is spread out with a knife, make cuts in the shape of rectangles and add the Guava jam. Then you roll the dough and with your hands seal the edges very well so that the jam does not spill.
With a fork you open holes in the bread and finally beat an egg and add a touch of vanilla (mix well), this should be applied to the buns to give them more shine.
After we place our rolls on the tray, we take it to the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C, for a time of 25 to 30 minutes (approximately). When you notice that they are golden brown, remove the tray from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. With this recipe I made 10 sweet rolls measuring 4cm x 7cm. I hope you are inspired to make this recipe! Thank you for taking your time and reading to the end. Blessings.
