Things you need to follow during a conversation
Just Speak The First Word
In everyday's life that happens when you are with someone you don't know and you think to talk to this person. And you almost to say the first word, but it won't come out.
So here my advice, just say it. What's the worst can happen. They won't talk to you. Well, they are not talking to you now.
So, just do it by saying simple words Hi, Hey, Hello with a big smile on face.

DO and Don't do
Don't stuck yourself in the rut of Hi, How are you?, What's going on?, What's new?
So here my advice, Skip these small talks and try to connect with your question by asking a personal question.
Ask a question like that, How did your parents think of your name; Is there a story behind it?
or you can ask; How long been you live in this city?
I ask generally, Where you come from and where does your family live?

Unique Compliment
Remember the thing, the stranger people will forget what you do and what you say? But they will never forget how you made them feel, So give them a nice fill compliment.
And stay away from the compliment like nice, beautiful and try to construct a unique gesturing compliment. Then they will never forget you in their entire life.

When someone's trying to communicate with you, the least you can do is really be in that conversation. And always do the eye contact while talking(Eye contact is where all the magic happens).

The last but not the least is, be regular to the person you want to talk. It is most important to build the links stronger and stronger. If you don't do this then the tiny links will not form properly and results in Hi, Hello type friends only.
