A woman screamed in the distance for help, her husband had suddenly fallen to the ground. A minute later cries for help could be heard from all directions. The paramedics couldn't cope. By the time I realized it, Marlene, Claudia, Carlos and Enrique were on the floor. They did not look as if they were dead, rather, as if they were asleep.
The sun was hotter than usual, with my mouth too dry to scream for help, I ran to the first aid station, with each drink I gave the water, my thirst seemed to increase. Then an old man approached me with a cup in his hand.
-Maybe you should try to drink hot coffee to quench your thirst-
-Hot coffee? but if it's quite hot, how do you think coffee is going to quench my thirst?
-It's a special mixture that my grandfather gave me, you should try it-
I took a large cup to help myself to the mixture that he offered me, it was coffee without sugar and without milk, with something that seemed like some kind of oil. Its flavor and aroma were quite strong, but I suspected that it had something else that he hadn't told me because I barely took it and I thought I saw that a large number of people began to climb the hill, all in uniform and at great speed.
-Thank you, good man, but can you tell me what you have in the coffee, it seems to me that I am suffering from hallucinations-
-It's just concentrated espresso with rosemary oil and you're not seeing hallucinations, help is on the way-
Around me people began to fall to the ground, one by one they fell asleep while the old man did not stop laughing. Then I started to get dizzy, an intense pain on the top of my head made me bend over, I started vomiting uncontrollably, I walked a few steps and finally fell to the ground...
