There's a new Italian restaurant that we discovered last week. We went to Ayala Malls to buy gifts for our senior colleague's birthday. Right after buying her gift we decided to eat something new. It's a perfect timing that one of our colleague had posted this restaurant on her Facebook and we have decided to just dine there.
We were supposed to try the Japanese one just beside Italiannis which is Watami but on the other hand we have decided to just eat pasta and chosen Italiannis instead. We found out that the two restaurants are just sister company along with TGIF. They actually offers a VIP card that you can use everytime you visit one of the restaurants and avail a 20% discount. The card is worth 2,500 pesos though, it is a little expensive so we declined the offer and maybe comeback again if we decide to enjoy the perks of the membership.
Anyways, just before dinner my sister Jong was already contacting me. I didn't knew that she has a surprise for me. She was carrying this big bouquet of 18 Roses while waiting at Italiannis and handed them to me. She was instructed and was asked by someone to surprised me which obviously made me happy that night.
The secret admirer gave those eighteen roses to me which means that I should stay young and beautiful. It was a sweet gesture and grateful for it. 2023 is indeed my year for I can feel all the love coming from secret admirers. 馃ぃ Lol.
Anyways, let's go back to Italiannis. We have ordered their best selling pasta, one carbonara, one seafood pasta and one lasagna. The solo serving is just enough for one person but if you wanted to share it you can also do that just like what we did here. It was good! It's an authentic Italian restaurant indeed. You can enjoy eating pasta here with the cozy music and enjoy the alfresco dining.
