Learning by Doing, Not by Waiting for Perfection

I didn’t learn by reading books; I learned by actually doing the work.

I used to think that to learn anything, I would need a massive degree and mountains of books.

Now I realize that real learning happens while doing the work itself.

When I sit down to write, mistakes happen. When mistakes happen, I feel scared. When I feel scared, I ask questions again. And by asking questions, I realize that what I didn't understand in the morning, I've completely figured out by the afternoon.

My mindset is very simple:

1 I start right away, instead of waiting to be perfect.
If I waited for perfection, I would have never started at all.

2 When I feel fear, I don’t hide it—I question it.
"Why am I feeling scared right now?" — just asking this question takes away half the fear.

3 I celebrate small victories.
Writing a post today, understanding a new thing today — that in itself is a win. You don't always have to hit a six; you can win a match by taking singles too.

I am just a normal 21-year-old guy. I don’t have big degrees, but I have one thing — I don’t stop.

What about you? Do you learn by reading books, or do you learn by doing the work like me?

Let me know in the comments.
