When you have all what it takes, it's easy to think on what to do next. Since I already have the vegetables from the farm, all I need to do is buy the canned goods and meat in the market. This time, I planned to prepare a vegetable deluxe called Chop Suey Deluxe. It's like chopsuey with a twist. The vegetables on the above photo were all taken fresh from the farm. Fresh veggies tend to have fresh sweet taste that you only need to have it half cooked. All I need to buy are the mushrooms, sweet corn only and no meat at all. Knorr cubes would be fine as substitute.

With all the fresh veggies, I prepared the following:

1 pear squash (sayote)
1 Carrot
1 cauliflower
20 pcs Baguio beans
1 can sweet corn
1 can mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 bulb onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup cooking oil
Salt & Seasonings to taste

Instructions

Simply sautee the spices then add mushrooms and sweet corn followed by the veggies in one setting to make a uniform stiffness, stirring occasionally.

Let it simmer for at least 10-15 minutes only or shall we say, half cook only.

We all love this kind of preparation even without rice. See, Antonia don't like to eat leafy vegetables but she fancy munching on this!

This is all for now, thanks to #foodiesbeehive for this awesome community.
