ビットコインのロゴなどに、著作権や商標権はあるのか？
フォークコインなどがカジュアルにビットコインのロゴをコピーしていますが、果たして権利関係はどうなっているのでしょうか。軽く調査をしてみました。 まず、ビットコインのロゴはパブリック・ドメイン（CC0）です。 これは予想がつく問題でしたね。 参考は上述の記事です。 ……といっても、画像がサーバーから削除されているような。こちらの記事はどうでしょう。 どうやら現在よく知られているロゴを作成したのはこちらの方のようです。
