How was your Valentine's Day?
In Japan, February 22th is the Cat's day every year.
Cat's day is smaller than Valentine's day, but it's important for some people and shops.

猫グッズを特集してくれるお店もあったりで、猫好きには嬉しいイベントです。
本日カルディに寄ったところ、猫グッズがあったので早速お持ち帰りしてきました。

By the way, why February 22th is the Cat's day?
Because Japanese say "2" is "ni", "meow" is "nya(n)".
"Ni" and "nya(n)" sound similar.
February 22th is 2/22, it means ni-ni-ni (2-2-2)"
Like cats calls us "meow, meow, meow (nyan, nyan, nyan)!"
Actually, we have the Dog's day, too.
Japanese say "bowwow" is "one-one(wan-wan)". "one" means "1", right?
So, November 11th is Dog's day in Japan.
