Local utility holes (ご当地マンホール)

I'm getting better but still have a cold. I needed to buy something for dinner. And I needed to walk because I slept too much.
I remembered @sumi post, she found local utility holes. I wanted to find it too.

まだ風邪をひいていますが、だいぶ良くなってきました。あまりにゴロゴロして運動不足なので、お夕食の買い物を兼ねてお散歩へ行くことにしました。
@sumi さんの「見えているのに見ていないもの」に触発されて、私も地元のマンホールを探しながら歩いてみます。

This Japanese characters are "あめ". It means "rain" in this case. I think it is for rainwater.
This local utility has Inuyama castle and cherries pattern.
I took pics at Inuyama, it has the oldest Japanese castle in existence.
見つけました、というより前々から「あめ」の文字列を疑問に思っていたマンホールですが、意を決してグーグル検索してみました。どうやら「雨水（うすい）」という意味のようです。雨水を逃すためのマンホールですね。
柄は現存する日本最古の城、犬山城と桜です。

This Japanese characters are "おすい". It means "dirty water".
This local utility has "Ukai", or cormorant fishing on Kiso river and Inuyama castle.
こちらは「おすい」。汚水ですね。こうして雨水と下水を分けて整備されている下水道を、分流式下水道というそうです。

「一」 pattern is symbol of Inuyama city. This is Chinese character. It looks minus, but these are different. It means "1"
