I just finished a 29.405km cycling that lasted about 2hh:16mm:20ss !
Today was a great ride. Last night a good friend from college called to tell me he could come to ride with me. He has not been very active lately so I decided to do a nice but not too hard and long ride. We did the same path I took yesterday as the downhill part is very nice. It was great to enjoy cycling with him after so many years.
In the middle of the ride, we decided to stop by a very little village to have some drink and we met with two of the friends I used to ride many years ago. They are using electric mountain bikes now and you could see they are enjoying it as the level of effort is quite different.
