Perfectionism has a way of acting in our lives that we may not realize.
Many of us can look for perfectionism as something that we think can help us to be successful, and it is not that it is wrong, but when it becomes very common, constant and persistent can become that at some point we feel dissatisfaction, this is because not always what we do has to be perfect, then we become disillusioned, without realizing that the fact that something does not turn out perfectly is normal, besides that the search for perfectionism takes us away from a life in which we can enjoy the goodness of life, making the search for perfection generates a lot of discomfort, an excessive expenditure of energy and exhaustion.
On the other hand, if we go on living the normal life, being responsible and working with breaks, and taking advantage of learning from our mistakes, at the same time enjoying with our family, respecting our breaks, maybe we can get more out of life and things go better than when we seek excessive perfectionism.
The context in which the activities are done and knowing what they are aimed at is very important, since this way we will be able to measure how much we can elevate or work with a healthy balance of perfectionism.
For this reason I can conclude that there is no good or bad perfectionism, what exists is a set of factors that we must constantly study to know the context in which to act with wisdom and balance in that limit between perfectionism and healthy living, therefore, if we do not achieve the objectives set in this work of perfection, we are likely to enter a phase of disillusionment, which can later translate into a stagnation of our personal development.
