Mazamitla is one of the “magic towns” of Mexico. It is known as “The Mountain Capital” and also as “Mexican Switzerland”. The climate is ideal if you want to escape the heat and don’t mind a little cold. The architecture takes you back in time, and you can easily forget everything as you discover spots and streets that you will undoubtedly enjoy. Every October, the Mazamitla Flower Festival is held. The town fills with visitors who share in the festivities with the locals, united in a great celebration. The images I am showing you below are from this year's Flower Festival Opening Parade.
