It was only 3 foot long but these snakes as juveniles have enough venom to kill several humans.
They are highly toxic in their venom and if you are bitten you only have minutes about half hour.
In Australia we have about 3000 snake bites a year and about 500 hospitalized with some fatalities from the Eastern brown snake.
