Sometimes, words are sharper than those double edged sword. Intentionally or unintentionally, some words hurt so much that the impact is irreversible. I am very careful with my words for I have experienced how it feels. But, there are some people who just don't want to oblige.

A friend of my mother is very rich and an independent woman. Her daughter and husband stay away from her and in different countries for work. However, this woman is too proud of her achievements and beauty, so much that she doesn't care speaking nonsense to anyone. Once, when we were at her place she was using all cuss words over phone to a mechanic who told her that he would fix her car after a day for he was busy. How dare he postpone her car, what is the priority for him? He kept begging for forgiveness but she wasn't ready to consider.
I must say, my mother, a homemaker, who hardly steps out of her home, has better sense about behaviour than this independent friend of hers. She told her to be careful with her words. Such problems can be solved in a peaceful way without those swearing and unethical words. That woman was not convinced and my mom told her to be careful because her words as those must have provoked that man to do the unimaginable.
People should at least read the newspaper to know how many crimes happen because of such indecent conversations. Recently, my hometown woke up to the news of a spine chilling crime. It happen that a body of a woman in her mid 40's was chopped into small pieces and filled into three different gunny bags and disposed off at three different locations in the city. The crime branch had a tough time until they used the call records and bank statement to understand that the woman was a money lender and had sent the money to the accused and when they were not able to repay she was abusive in front of the neighborhood which prompted them to kill her in rage and dispose off her body.
