I have this annoying neighbor who stay on rent in a house next to mine. The couple must be in their early 40's with a daughter who must be fifteen. Age doesn't matter here, because they are immature. One day out of nowhere this couple bought a dog. Well, though I don't own pets, I love them. I see pets as kids because they require as much care and love as a kid would want. It is better to not have pets than not care for them.

So, this couple, one fine day adopted a stray dog. The dog was not chained for few days and j believed that they just don't have time to go to the market to get the chains and collar. The dog would enter my verandah and poop and pee as and where it wanted. The owner would see me clean, but never offered to help or even say sorry. I thought it would end soon, but the wait ended only when the dog grew so much that it couldn't pass through the spacing in the main gate. I was relived that I no longer have to clean the poop and to my horror the dog got pregnant again.

I watched the dog in horror for months as it's tummy grew. And then one dog had now multiplied with 4. The owner didn't bother to give the puppies for adoption and now I have 3 puppies pooping and peeing in my verandah. Everyday morning I have to clean up the mess and the owner watches me without any crease on her forehead. If you are wondering why I didn't bother to tell her, then let me tell you, I have, but she told me that she cannot chain the dogs because she prefers to let them be free and of the poop, I have to make arrangements to not let them in.

The dogs haven't had a bath ever since their birth. The don't get proper food and care. I wonder why she wanted a pet when she is incapable of taking care of them.

Some people lack basic etiquettes.
