Beauty along with brains is awesome and very few steps blessed with this combination. But, there are some people who try to achieve this but fail miserably. I remember my dad's friend telling his son to marry a beautiful woman even if it meant she was dumb. According to him, a beautiful girls beauty and his sons brain would give them a heir who was beautiful and smart.

As I was listening to their conversation I remembered a story that I read somewhere. An ugly man who was a scholar, married a beautiful girl. The girl was extremely beautiful, but lacked sense. The man was patient, because he felt that this togetherness would give birth to Marvel's who would bring fame to the family. The couple got pregnant and in 9 months they had a baby. The baby didn't look like his mother, but resembled his father. The father of the baby was disappointed, but didn't loose hope for he thought the baby would have inherited his brains. Reality hit him hard when the baby became a bit old and they realised that the baby was as, if not more, dumb as his mother.
His plans had backfired. Life is a Gamble and our plans don't usually work. Live life as it comes.
