Healthy arguments add spice to the relationship isn't it? When two people from different families stay together, arguments are bound to happen. There would be disagreements, but talking about it is the only adult thing to solve it and it helps a lot in nurturing the relationship.

When we were kids, my parents would argue a lot. My mother is 15 year junior to my dad and there has never been an instance where their views have matched. They would argue and then solve the issue among themselves, but I hated to see them argue. Years later, I found out that arguing was their way of romancing. I found out that my mom finds pleasure in troubling my dad with unnecessary arguments and dad.
My husband and me on the other hand rarely argue. I agree to whatever he says unless it restricts me or my kids. Non argument policy of ours restricts our conversation a lot. We only converse about something necessary.
So the bottom line is, arguments are necessary, but remember to have a healthy portion of it in your life.
