I've been up all night working. As is sometimes the way in my life when there is much to be done. I took the above shot moments ago looking in the direction of Mount Agung.

It appears as if I am back to a polyphasic sleep pattern. The most natural and productive way to live!

This means I sleep a twice a day for around 2-3h each time.

Monophasic means once a day

and for most people this is for a minimum of 6h. Sabrina tells me she needs 8h.

The key difference now is that because I sleep more than once, my overall energy level is higher over the 24h period. And I get a lot more done!

So, I really achieved a lot last night...

and still had the energy to take this HDR shot, process it and make a post about it!

I've been working for 12 hours straight now, so it's just about time for my little sleep 😊

Too cloudy for sungazing today.

No problem.

It's still perfect out there!

Night night 🌠
