Meaning
Maisha: (Swahili) I.e. living life in the ordinary sense or a life without a real purpose

I'M SEEING THINGS WHEN I DON'T SEE A THING
I am stuck in a shadow of indifference
The past is at war with the future the present is tense
The world is preaching peace through violence
So, this is a poetic rendition for all, i can but can't see still
Here We're fighting a war at peace
Stand attention for things are no longer at ease
We're lost in the tornado as the whirlwind blows like breeze
So, this is poetic translation to all, this I sightsee but my sight don't see this
We're singing songs of freedom when They echo the war cry
Our ears wear tears as our home flew before the housefly
We lost everything to nothing and gain everything for nothing
Mother earth is dying! Her soul is rotting
The vision I see deeper than the deep blue sea
But it seems as if humanity don't see what I see
They're visionary blind to see the vision
Like a missionary who lost his mind on the mission
A conjugal heart losing the bliss in the bleed
The sleeper and the dreamer resting in the santuary of sleep
The diffrence between Maisha na Uzima
Isn't far fetched when you can't differentiate the scars from eczema
So, I choose to shut my eyes and not look at all
For I see things when am not seeing anything at all
The globe is falling, another bulb is rising
What a mess! And the mess is mesmerizing
The blessed is cursed but the course is a blessing
The truth is naked and the lies have a good sense of dressing
Blind shall They remain as long as They don't see a thing
I'm seeing things when I don't see a thing...
