Communication is very important in everything we do. However, the way and manner which the communication occurs can alter the meaning of what is intended to be communicated. The tone can also affect how communication is made. Someone can tell you the same thing in two different tones and they will mean two different things. This is why we should be cautious of how we communicate with people.

More messages are passed by tone than by the actual message itself. Someone may be wrong in their actions but there is a way you will talk to them, they will pick offense. Kind words can go a long way in calming the spirit. The purpose of words is for communication but communication must be done the right way and mixed with good tone to evoke the right emotions.
Everyone has a limit to which they can be pushed until they unleash their reactions, but by following them with the right communication, their breaking-point will not be easily reached. In communication, there is a place for speaking and a placing for listening - that is why it is called "communication" and not "soliloquy". When you speak, also wait to get feedback of your words. That is the reason you have ears.
Communication is an art and as such, there is a "how to" in it. Doing the right thing is good but doing the right thing in the right way is way better. You may have the right intentions to speak and may even have valid points to raise but your manner of presentation can make a mess of your intentions. Having what to say does not necessarily make for a good communication but saying it the right way.
Whenever you have the urge to say something, just ask yourself if what you are about to say will be right to be said. If you are not sure of the answer, then you don't have to say it in the first place. If you're sure of the answer, then proceed to ask yourself in which manner you are meant to say it. These are the things that make for good communication. Your brain should come first before your mouth. You should only speak after you have thought and not the other way round.
