Wednesday is definitely not sales day, but I still made the 10k. My right ankle hurt, though, still does. Likely because of the imbalance caused by carrying the heavy bread basket mostly on my right arm. And insufficient shoes. I ordered some new ones, hopefully they'll have some in my size. 43 is big for Ecuador.
Good that my parents are physical therapists. I know most of the stretches for most pains, and those that I don't know yet, I can always ask them. Hence, I stretched a lot yesterday. I did go to the gym early, got a lot of work done, and then was called by friends. They had been friends of Lily's mom, too, but had been deceived by her. It's sad to see that. I'm used to it, all that bs that she throws around her, building and sustaining her world view. But for others it still hurts so much more.
Maybe I'm just hardened. Or I burry it all deep enough. Even my psychologist, a fellow German, is always surprised by how calm I remain. I hope that it's the stoicism taking effect.
Enough said. Have a great day!
