Surgehammer is a Rare unit belonging to the Water Element. Although primarily a Melee Attacker, its special abilities make it far more effective than standard attacking cards. Possessing key abilities like Flying, Opportunity, Cleanse, and Repair allows it to be utilized in a variety of battle scenarios. With a mana cost of only 6, it is highly suitable for medium and high-mana matches. Thanks to its high Health, Armor, and decent Speed, it can stay on the battlefield for a long time. As it levels up, its Attack, Armor, and Health stats increase further.

The Flying ability gives Surgehammer an extra chance to evade physical attacks. It also enjoys a distinct advantage in the Earthquake ruleset, where Flying units are significantly more effective. Additionally, the Opportunity ability allows Surgehammer to target and attack the enemy unit with the lowest Health, making it possible to quickly eliminate the opposing team's weaker units. One of Surgehammer's most valuable abilities is Repair; it restores the most damaged Armor on the team, providing extra protection against both Melee and Ranged attacks.

When deploying this card, it is best to place Surgehammer in the middle or back rows. Using Surgehammer alongside an Armor-reliant team or a strong tank allows you to fully leverage its Repair ability. In my personal opinion, Surgehammer is currently one of the most versatile Rare Reward cards in the Water Element. It functions not only as a damage dealer but also excels as a support unit. The combination of Flying, Opportunity, Cleanse, and Repair makes it a complete package. Anyone using a Water Deck should definitely have this card in their collection.
