Buenas gente de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un video de mi entreno en casa de hoy. Este día fue bastante lluvioso, en la mañana llovió, al igual que al mediodía y ya de tarde tirando a noche y el clima en general estuvo bastante frío, por lo que entrenar en el parque hoy era imposible, pero opté por otra alternativa: El entrenamiento en casa. Así que tomé mis paralelas y empecé a darlo todo entrenando; el dia de hoy hice plancha, y en cierta parte quise enfocar el entreno a las negativas ya que siento que es un punto muy débil de mi plancha, sobre todo en la full, y lo quiero mejorar. Sin más, espero les guste el video.

Good people of #Hive and #SWC, this time I bring you a video of my training at home today. This day was quite rainy, in the morning it rained, as well as at noon and in the afternoon and evening and the weather in general was quite cold, so training in the park today was impossible, but I opted for another alternative: Training at home. So I took my parallel bars and started to give my all training; today I did plank, and in some part I wanted to focus the training to the negatives because I feel that it is a very weak point of my plank, especially in the full, and I want to improve it.
