インドネシアのスパイシーな焼きそば・ミーゴレン (Mi Goreng)をご存じですか？
ミーゴレンは、インドネシアだけでなくマレーシア、シンガポールでも食べられています。この｢スパイシーなエスニック風焼きそば｣は病みつきになる美味しさで、私も大好きです。
なお、「ミーゴレン」とは「焼きそば」という意味らしいです。
Mi Goreng is an Indonesian fried noodle, it's been one of my favourite noodles since I shifted to Australia. Mi Goreng literally means "Fried Noodles".
インドミー (Indo mie) というインドネシアの会社が発売している袋入りのミーゴレンが、オーストラリアに輸入、販売されています。
手軽に作れスナック代わりに食べられるということもあり、オーストラリアでも大人気の食べ物で、特に若い大学生から絶大な人気です。我が家でもいつもストックしています。
The "Indo mie" Mi Goreng instant noodle is cheap and easy to make when we can't be bothered to cook. It became a well know snack for many Australians, particularly the university students.
I always stock packets of this noodles for quick and light meals.
今日、ローカルのスーパーマーケットでインドネシアの焼きそば・ミーゴレン味 のポテトチップスを見つけました。(一枚めの写真です。)
パッケージを開けると、ふわっとミーゴレンのソースの匂いがします。食べてみると、ミーゴレンヌードルと全く同じ味がしました。このチップスもカロリーが高そうですが、とても病みつきになりそうです。
日本でもKALDIで買えるかもしれませんね。
Today I spotted Mi Goreng potato chips whilst I was food shopping at a local supermarket. (See the first PIC)
"Indo mie" created Mi Goreng potato chips and it has come out recently. No wonder I bought a packet of the chips as I am a big fan of "Indo mie" Mi Goreng noodles.
I got a whiff of the Mi Goreng seasoning that is familiar to me as soon as I opened the packet. When I took a bite of the chips, it tasted exactly the same as Mi Goreng!
I enjoyed Mi Goreng flavour and taste I am accustomed with.
今日は時間が無くて思ったほど歩けませんでした。
日曜日はメルボルンの街で、｢Japanese Summer Festival - 日本の夏祭り｣が行われます。昨年のスペシャルゲストはくまモンでしたが、今年はゲストで誰が来るか楽しみです。
