Hi Steemit Family!

Happy solstice to you! I hope you are having a good day! So far today I have been busy in the kitchen. I started with bread rolls, then moved on to festive mince pies and pizza.

I hadn’t been planning on making a pizza but I had a little too much bread dough beyond the 12 rolls I usually make at a time. You may not think wholemeal bread dough makes very good pizza but it really does! For me a good base is thin, crunchy on the outside and slightly moist where the bread hits the toppings, and that is just how the whole meal bread worked out.

Now to put my feet up a while and browse through my steemit friends posts and see what is happening here today.
