Hello. Everyone! I went to a famous Japanese sushi restaurant named Sushiro. This is a photo of Chawanmuchi. It is a traditional Japanese steamed egg custard. It is very delicious, including shimeji
mushroom, spinach, ginkgo, chicken etc. Today, I will introduce you how nice Sushiro is! Sushiro is the conveyor belt Sushi store chain. It is very awesome.
Not only do they have sushi, but they also have other items on the menu that are delivered on the onveyor belt. What is the conveyor belt Sushi? The conveyor belt moves through the restaurant and customers take plates from the belt. Every time you finish eating Sushi or other dishes, you will pile up dishes on a table. Bills are settled by the number and the type of dishes.

If a dish you want to eat doesn’t come, you
can order it by a touch screen. Before a dish you ordered comes, you can hear an announcement so that you can receive the dish smoothly. You can choose English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese on a touch screen.

You need to help yourself to green tea. You will put a spoonful of green powdered tea into a teacup and push the button with a teacup. A hot water will be poured as in the picture.

I ordered chocolate mousse banana parfait. It’s very delicious, but you have to prepare to gain eight. After you reduce your blood sugar level to 5 ㎎/dl, you should try it. I’m just kidding! Hahaha. What I want to tell you is that it is very very very yummy!

I have a sweet tooth. I ordered a chocolate cake as well. It is not so sweet but a subtle flavor. I want to order it next time again.

There are table seats and counter seats. We family usually have a table seat. Table seats and counter seats are divided by a screen so that we cannot see other people or family. A table is very comfortable. I do recommend you it.
You can get various kinds of Sushi to go. At the register, staff will tell you how to order takeaway Sushi. All staffs are very friendly and energetic. Their behavior being brisk, it feels great watching them all do such a good job.
When you enter the Sushiro restaurant, you will see a convenient machine. you will push 発券 (issuing) of a touch screen and get a number sheet. The screen will tell you how long you will wait. If you have already made a reservation with your smartphone, you don’t have to wait. All you have to do is coming there at the appointed time.
