Hello guys! How are you all? I hope you guys are doing great.

I know, I know my post hasn’t been coming in these days but what can I say other than telling you guys I am sorry. The holiday kidnapped me for a while. Anyways I am back and will try to keep the post going. Remember the last time I did an illustration in one color tone and asked you guys to guess what color it is? Well, today I will present you another one and again let you guys guess which color tone it is. I guess the title will give away the answer but anyways I will let you guys guess what color it is again. As always this illustration is done in Autodesk. Gotta admit I love that app. So let’s begin our today’s illustration!

image.png

First, I started with a small hill using the color builder tool and gave it the grass details using the hair tool. Yes, the hair tool!

image.png

Repeated the process but using a darker shade.

Next, I drew some mountains using just the color builder tool—no details are required here.

More mountains but now the center of the mountains needs some coverage. It looks like broken parts at the back.

There! Perfect! Here I added some flowers or bushy leaves. I don’t know what to say about it. All I know is that it looks good. Sometimes when I am illustrating the image doesn’t turn out exactly what I think. In fact, it never does. Sometimes I am fortunate with the illustration and sometimes I am not. So some things I draw don’t make sense what it is but it fits the picture. Therefore I think I am going to name it bushy leaves and to draw them I used the dry ink tool. Then I added some sparkles using the sparkle tool and put that layer in the glow effect. That’s how we make illustrations magical by just adding sparkles.

Next, we add sun and to the shade, we use the paint bucket. In this app, the paint bucket has different options on how you want to apply the paint. I used the different colored circular options to paint and also made sure that this layer is at the bottom of all the layers.

Then I added some clouds using the wet frayed bristles tool and put that layer in overlay effect. It gives the scene a beautiful dark and light shade of the sunset.

Lastly, I felt like the picture was lonely so I added a person and a pair of fairies cause why not? The place looks magical so let’s add some mythical creatures.

And so guys, that’s the end of today’s illustration! I hope to see you soon. I will make sure to keep rolling and rolling with my posts, for today that’s it. I hope you all have enjoyed my post and illustration. Bye guys and take care.
