Here, in Wisconsin, it's an at will state. Therefore, the employer can fire you without cause or notice; likewise, an employee can leave without notice. It's a double edged sword over here, but the courteous thing to do is to give a two week notice to leave on good grounds.

I tried to leave on high grounds, but wow, the stuff I'm hearing about me that this individual is telling folks...unreal. A real piece of shit, lol (pardon my English!). I don't know how I made it there two years...but yes, the new place is in a place called Winona, MN, and the views on highway 61 are gorgeouse on the commute. Hopefully more opoportunities for photos!
