If someone is suffering from heart attack around you so how can you help him to save his life I am going to share some tips

- Ask the man to lay down straight on floor and don't do any moment as it will helps to normal you blood pressure
- If he wore tight clothes so do them loose specially around chest
- Don;t take anything to eat accept medicine that time.
- Put your legs some height so that your blood circulation flows in direction of your heart and help to normal your blood pressure.
