I was just browsing the recommended videos on Youtube today when I came across this title and decided to click on it.
When I saw that it was a free movie about cryptocurrency, I had to check it out!
It did not disappoint!

Great acting and the plot is genius for the times.
Cold Wallet is freakyAF in the way real life already is.
It’s a story about people invested in a scam token pushed past their limits, but the part that lingers is the split between the antagonist and the protagonist; one dies insisting crypto is just capitalism in new packaging, the other dies trying to prove it could be something better.
Watching it feels like a reminder that technology doesn’t change human nature.
It just records it.
On an immutable chain, there’s no erasing bad intentions, no burying corruption, no quietly centralizing power in the shadows.
Transparency and self‑custody turn every action into a permanent audit trail.
If you bring care, honesty, and responsibility, the system reflects that.
If you bring shortcuts or greed, it reflects that too — forever.
That’s the real warning tucked inside the movie:
decentralization doesn’t protect us from human failure.
It just makes the consequences visible.
