Karoo farm: Animals
Yesterday I wrote about my wife and I stopping over on a farm in the Karoo area of South-Africa, in my post named Karoo Farm . I also shared a short video on a Black Wildebeest showing of.
In the video below, you can see another Black Wildebeest following our truck on the other side of the fence. You need to look closely, then you will see how he breaks a wooden fence dropper as if it is a match stick. You must not blink or you will miss it.
The next video is of my wife's, aunts, cat drinking water from the tap, while sitting in the basin. I always thought cats don't like water.
In the last video, the orphaned calf is drinking some milk from a bottle.
The last video is of the sheep walking back home for the night. These sheep does not need a herder, they just chase them back with the bakkie (truck) at a slow pace.
I loved my stay at the farm, catching up with family we don't see very often, and having a look into their daily lives.
