Although I did not go for my customary walk today, I had quite an active day.
The day started with a breakfast run on the old motorbike with some friends.
After we returned my wife and I went to do some shopping in the mall, where we walked quite some distance.
Back home, I fitted some shelves for my wife.
For dinner we again visited some friends.
Although I did not go for a specific walk for exercise, the day’s activities accumulated to quite a good score!!
