This photograph shows the weakness of many Venezuelans (myself included), delicious pancakes.
I think there is no Venezuelan who resists them, is that they are really divine and very easy to make, you only need to make a mixture with milk, butter, eggs, flour, yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt. After having the mixture is placed in the pan over low heat, when one side is cooked is turned to cook on the other side.
Once the pancakes are ready you can fill them with butter and cheese, jam and even chocolate (my favorites).
