Not sure what happened here, but the three boys and I are in recovery today. It was two days of pain and suffering and now the boys are running around the house again.

I actually wanted to go outside and secure 10,000 @actifit steps. In the last couple months, I had pushed myself to climb the @actifit rankings and in the last week or so, I have lost most of my gains.

Praying and meditating for healthier and more active days for the whole family.
