@luvbnamome prepared 4 corned beef briskets with potatoes and cabbage for a family dinner to celebrate not living in Ireland. I'm the only Irish man in the lot of us.

Her family prepares corned beef every St Patrick's Day, and my mom never prepared corned beef during my years of growing up. I like it more than most.

I probably ate at least one brisket since early this afternoon.

All of today's steps were accumulated working and walking around the house because it was another rainy day.
