The boys and I just walked 3000 steps, and now I’m drinking a Spicy Red Beer.
I usually blend in a few olives, but today I stirred Tabasco, Tapatío hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce into tomato juice and a low carb beer. Haha! I am slightly addicted to my newest beer creation.
I 3000 steps before walking through a Target and a grocery store.
