It was so busy at work that I didn't have 30 min to workout.
So instead of taking buses, I decided to run to train station from my work,
and from train station to my house.
I do this quite often, because walking in this weather is brutal,
while running makes it fun and warms my body.
I also wanted to share how running in the Seoul city might look like to people who've never been to Seoul,
so I filmed last part of my run, where I end up at the market street right by my parent's house.
You can see a meat restaurant, fish restaurant (with fish tanks in front of the restaurant), and a fried chicken restaurant. They are all so delicious, but my mom prepared some nutritious Sagol, so I headed home :)
During my run, I took a picture of Lotte World Tower, which is the 5th tallest building in the world.
They did a nice fireworks on the eve of New Year's day, which was beautiful (will upload the video if anyone wants to see it).
And my casual running turned out to be more than what I thought.
From my company to nearby train station, it was just a bit more than a mile (1.6km).
Then from a train station to my house, it was aout 0.8 miles (1.28km)
So there it was. Quite shorter than I would've liked it, but I gave my running some life at the end of the day
and I am happy I did :)
Happy running!
Sung
